Is this a reasonable deal/price

A P-07, OD green frame version, a few mods (guide rod and spring) 2 extra mags, kydex holster, low round count, with a Kadet .22lr conversion kit....$575.

If I didn't have a P-07 similar to that, I would buy it.  Especially with the P-07 Kadet.
