I've already got over 5000 rounds thru my RAMI BD, so the DA & SA are very smooth now. For SD IMO it's about right.
Even CGW suggests putting 1000+ thru before deciding what if anything needs improvement. CZ's sometimes come from factory a little gritty, but often just smooth out with O-ring protected dry-fire, shooting, regular cleaning and lube. Or, you can speed up the process with some polishing. So, other than regular recoil spring changes I haven't messed with it. Just had CGW do a beautiful job milling for the Dueck plate (which has built-in rear BUIS) adding the custom tall Dawson Tritium front, and mounting RMR. Their CNC machining followed the shape of the plate so it fits like a glove. Sweet!
