Last week I ordered some parts from CGW. While waiting for package, I've decided to do some polishing on internal parts. I found that disconnector is barely moving on hammer pin. I had to push it really hard with me finger. I didn't fix it, because I replaced it with CGQ Ring Hammer and new disconnector from RRK kit. What a difference. Here is a small video of original hammer with disconnector.

First time I've seen that.  Lots of people buying/modifying CZ's here and other forums and that's a new one.

I wonder if the issue was the hammer or the disconnector?
I just keep wasting time and money on other brands trying to find/make one shoot like my P07 and P09.  What is wrong with me?

It's hard to tell, cause I didn't take it apart. It could be just a pin.

The pin is a friction fit in the hammer holes and the disconnector should be loose on it (if I remember correctly).

You'd think the pin would be the "right size" if it would drive into the hammer (not too big in diameter) and if it stayed in place then it couldn't be too small in diameter.

Hard to believe someone didn't notice it when they put the assembly together but maybe there is no "test/inspection" required for that step of assembly.

Or, the hammer "ears" where the disconnector sits might me slightly squeezed together and pinching the disconnector.

Any way it goes, it ain't right and needed to be corrected.  Your trigger pull/reset/operation should be smoother from now on.
