DA Roller Bearing
« on: July 09, 2019, 01:35:37 PM »
Can anyone show me this on a parts diagram?

Whenever a new shooter shoots my P09 in DA they pull the trigger incredibly slow and the hammer drops to half cock.

Was just ganna leave it alone, but I feel I’m ready to take the gun apart, finally.

Need to get the factory one out to measure.

Looks like # 14 in the owners manual, but I’m not sure.

Thanks in advance!

Just out of curiosity are those new Shooters possibly hitting the decocker lever causing it to decock and go to half cocked position?

The ONLY thing to do in this case is send it BACK to CZ.  They need to fix it.

CZ will take care of it for sure.

You mention other shooters, but have you experienced it yourself ???  Might just be a monogamous pistol !  Just what New Jersey is looking for their "smart gun technology" !
I've never had a problem with my P07, but have hit the decocker on my Wife's 07, which seems to require a lot less effort than mine.

Hmm, I want to say no, but the only reason is I feel like it’s impossible to hit by accident on a  P-series gun; doesn’t mean I’m right though.

Went digging thru my old post and didn’t find anything before getting bored.

Guess I need to do some more DA before I spend the $.

I was shooting an SP01 the other day and hit the de-cocker twice and the dang thing wouldn’t lock open; never had that issue before, so worth looking into.
