My normal EDC is a .40 P07 but the P10C gets a lot of holster time too.  I carry with a good gun belt, Kramer OWB scabbard in horsehide @ 3:00.  The P07/P10C is what I consider my smaller CC setup though.  I’ve lugged a full size 1911 around and on occasion, a 4” S&W 581.

Size is not the biggest consideration for comfortable carry.  A cheap belt and holster will make anything feel like a brick duct-tapped to your hip.  Invest in decent leather and the size of what you carry becomes less important.

That said, the P10C/P07 is a great every day carry size setup.
Thanks.  I took your advice and went with an MTR Custom Leather A-1+.  This is the company that did a fantastic job on my SP-01 OWB a few years back, so I have every confidence that this holster will be every bit as good.  And yes, it's much more expensive.  However, I couldn't find a kydex maker that covered what I was looking for; it needed to be custom.  Once it comes in and assuming I'm happy with it, I'll post a picture.

I have been carrying my CZ P10C everyday since I got it a year ago. I love it, its the perfect size for me, I carry at 3:30 as well, I tried to like appendix, but even with a micro pistol I found sitting or driving unrealistic in that location. I use a L.A.G. Tactical IWB holster, and I love it, honestly its the best holster I have found, and I have a big plastic bin full of holsters I've tried over the years. Conceal-ability, comfort, and access to the pistol are all each important, but also very subjective to the users preferences. I was fortunate to attend a range grand opening, and there was a whole host of dealers there, and I spoke with the LAG rep, and I ended up setting up a custom order via their website, because I do carry a light on any self defense pistol I carry. I would find a LGS that carries a number of holster brands, and talk with a salesperson and try on a variety of styles with your gun, and see what fits you best. I agree that a good gun belt makes a huge difference as well. Good Luck!

At a guess, I'm bleeding edge with my selection of red-dot and light, though I suspect not for long.  I've chosen the Holosun HE507C green-dot and Olight PL-Mini 2 Valkyrie light.  Very few kydex holster makers seem to accommodate this set-up for someone carrying at 3:00 canted forwards.  Even fewer have a design that will prevent the back of the gun from digging into your side when sitting for long periods.

I carried a P320C RX (the one equipped with a red dot from Sig) with an APLc light for 6 months, AIWB style. Stopped carrying it because I preferred the P07.

I carry exclusively AIWB and I love it over 4 o'clock which is what I started with. I carry my P-07 a lot along with a Glock 19 and hopefully a P-10c optic ready if I can ever find one....?

As for holsters I carry a USGrunt Gear AIWB and a 508 with the APLc for my Glock 19. I'm ordering the Phlster Floodlight soon for the TLR1 being it's universal and I like carrying with a light. The phlster sits high which is what I've found I like the most. The 508 is adjustable to some degree and the USGG sits the lowest but for the most part AIWB I don't print and conceal well with even in relatively tight shirts, shorts, jeans, etc.

As for comfort you get used to it and/or find what works best for you. I know getting in shape and losing about 5 inches off my midsection helped the most. Riding higher also helps when you sit. I use the Kore Essentials belt which allows me to let my belt out easily before I sit and cinch it right back in when I stand, that flexibility helps a lot as well. When I carried at the 4 o'clock I used bull belts but again the adjustability just isn't there that I have with the Kore.
Overall though AIWB works best for me on concealment and comfort, add loads of dry fire and a neomag and I think you'll start enjoying it more. The only thing I did try that I could get used to was the Trex Sidecar...it just doesn't fit me well and I tried it for a long time.
