P10 barrel compatibilities

So, I've called both CZC and CZUSA, and couldn't get a for sure answer. 

Does anyone know if there is a difference in the P10S barrels and the others?  I'm wondering if I can buy an F barrel and have it cut/threaded to use a comp on a P10S.
