Not night sights, just white dots that will glow for a few minutes when charged bu the sun or flashlight.

The CZ PCR has notoriously poor OEM sights.  They are really bad.  I upgraded mine with Dawson Precision Tritium sights from Cajun Gun Works.  Much, much better now.

CZ Compact PCR
Sig Sauer P320
Ruger LCP
Others, etc.

I tried mine... loaded with flashlight for 5 minutes... and they glowed also for 5 minutes.. that's too bad.. :-[ ... however I don't care about seeing sights at night.
Seems CGW is an option here for night sights.

I couldn't agree more. Added the same set on my PCR. What an improvement!

Night sights are important to me to let me see where the gun is in the dark when it’s doing nightstand duty.  I’ve gone over to all night sights for that now but I used to be amazed at how long the luminescent sights glowed after a 20 second ‘charge’ before bed.  If I went to bed at 10pm, I could still see the gun in the dark at 5am when the alarm went off.  Not bright, but with fully night adjusted vision, I could see where it was to grab it if needed.

Are you using factory sights?

Anyone tried a Dawson plain black rear with a Dawson tritium front?   Is the rear notch wide enough on the plain black rear to accommodate the wider tritium front?

I called them and yes they can accommodate this. I planned on doing so, but got diverted and failed to follow through.

Spoke to Dawson this morning and they're telling me their plain black rear sight (that has the same contour as the stock rear PCR sight) is for the regular 75 Compact and not for the PCR???

I'd prefer to just buy the sights from CGW but I don't like the white circles around the rear tritium vials as I find they draw my attention away from the front sight.  Hence, my preference for a plain black rear sight.

This is exactly what I was planning to do. I was hoping to keep the same profile as stock, fill the same spots in the glare rail, and get a trit front and black rear.

I emailed David at CWG and he priced it so I was assuming it would work.

I don't really like that CZ custom sight coming to the back of the slide, and it wouldn't fill the glare rail like stock.

So I need to go back to the drawing board and ask some more questions or I'll end up going three dot trit which I'd prefer not to do.
