Cali and other ban states are in actual fear of the Supreme Court ruling in the New York case. Oral arguments have been scheduled for December, and if the Court gets heavily involved, ban states could see some laws being challenged. We'll see.
In the meantime - I will not step one foot to the west of the Arizona border.
