I saw that, but I was too late in purchasing it before it was out of stock. I went ahead and paid the $1999 at PSA since I was not sure if I would see it available again any time soon.

My LGS was asking $2199 but I just looked again now and they dropped the price to $1999 and show to have 5+ in stock:

Any idea if they will ship out a .40 cal, suppose to be #92002? I haven't seen one on the market anywhere.

.40 version has not been released. It will probably be late this year at the earliest.

If anyone is looking for a DWX compact check KYGUNCO.  They have it at $1805 which is the cheapest I've seen for the compact so far. I've got my order in and should receive it Wednesday.

I just looked at the site and I wouldn't do any business with them over the net after reading the reviews.

I've purchased from KYGUNCO several times and have never had a problem with them, but to each their own.

Just picked up my new DW DWX today.  Beautiful pistol.

Ordered from KYGUNCO on August 4, and picked up today August 9.  Fast shipping and excellent service from KYGUNCO.

Nice!
I am waiting on the railed version. I have the DWX full size and have already tuned the trigger from 4lb 6oz to a 2lb 6oz trigger pull.

For anyone still looking for the DWX full size, I just got a back in stock email that I no longer need because I've already purchased one.  It's a great price on a fantastic pistol.

Just passing it on...https://oakhillguns.com/dan-wesson-dwx-9mm.html

It appears the DWX is becoming more available. I should have waited a few weeks before purchasing mine. I could have saved a few hundred, but I did not know if I would get the chance to get one at 2k anytime soon.

If saving money is the object, then yes, wait for the initial rush before you buy a new firearm offering.

But just think of all of the enjoyment you would have missed out if you had waited weeks or even months before making the purchase. Sometimes it is just best to bite the bullet and make the purchase, within reason of course.

I will sometimes do that on a brand new firearm offering, but I refuse to go over MSRP.  All of the people with money to throw away can buy from Gunbroker as much as they want, but MSRP is my limit, and even then you can offset that by buying from places that offer free/reduced shipping cost and those that don't collect sales tax.

I waited about 7 or 8 months for them to ship again but I agree with you, rbuzz00, I am not paying over MSRP. There was several on gunbroker for as much as twice the MSRP!

I paid just under MSRP, $1930 and shipping was free. LGS took care of transfer and I didn't have to pay the fee if I bought $100 worth of merch so I bought a few mags for the DWX and the Berettas I own.

I sure enjoy shooting mine! I was at the range yesterday and I may try out a new indoor range later this week. It's pretty bleep hot down here in South Central Texas so by 1PM I am ready to get out of the heat.

This target from yesterday was at 7 yds. I probably spend about half my time at the 15 yd line now which is definitely helping with my accuracy.
