Update:
I finally got to play with my P-10F on Sunday. For my 147gr 132PF loads I ended up landing on the 13# commander spring. I threw in some 147gr Blazer Brass but it felt like it needed the 14#. That's when the fun stopped. With the heavier spring and ammo I started getting doubles. The trigger would bump itself on reset during speed drills. I had to firmly pin the trigger back and deliberately reset it. I switched back to the 13# and lighter loads and it was fine again, but I definitely needed to get that sorted. I recut the 10320 competition striker and reduced the leg angle from about 80 to 83 degrees. It raised my trigger pull weight about 5oz, but I didn't have any doubling with the factory ammo and 14# when I tested yesterday. I only shot a few mags though. As far as the rod goes, it's awesome. I swapped my SRO to try a 407C, and despite the shorter window, the dot just barely touches the top of the window in recoil.
