   I used rubber O rings under the screw heads to keep the grips screws in place on my CZ 97 when i was running the factory aluminum grips. It may be worth a try.

X2 on the o-rings with aluminum grips.
If I had known how much better being retired is than working I would have done it FIRST.

You can also cut an end off an electrical wire shrink wrap tube as an O ring.
