I really want a P07....used market is pretty slim !!! Must be keepers......
P07 is a good pistol but I'd get the P09.
I love mine,  Even more than the p07 you'll like it a lot.
And guys don't tell me that you can't conceal it.,  I've been concealing it for quite a while now...

Take your time and do your research, I bought a New OD Green 07 just a few months back and scored a great deal even with shipping & transfer at my local FFL. I Won/paid under $400 for it then $25 shipping and $30 transfer for a total of around $450ish. It was on Gunbroker! My 1st 07 I bought back in 2014 I paid $500 out the door, so I feel I got a great deal on a NIB pistol, plus the OD Green one comes with Night Sights!  ;D Keep looking be patient and you will do fine.

As for used, yeah they are hard to come by. A couple LGS near me have one pop up now and then. Keep an eye out. As for new they pop up under some really good deals sometimes.

I just checked trigger pull again on my P-07 after 250 rounds.  The first two pics are brand new out of box P-07 the next two pics are after 250 rounds down the pipe. Both tests were a 10 pull average.

Double:

9.5LB DA on an OTB P07 is great!  About 1/4 of them are like this.

I'm not sure if you are going to see any difference even after 1000 rounds.
My P-01 Omega had the same trigger pull weight out of the box, after 500 rounds, 1000 and 2000 rounds.
The only way to lighten it are:
- polish the action parts
- replace trigger spring
- replace DA roller
- replace hammer spring (I'm using #13lb)
After these changes (parts from CGW) I saw 40% DA and maybe 20% SA improvement .

My guess is that P-07 and P-01 Omega have same action components.

I don't think a greatly lighter trigger will result based on higher round counts. A heavier trigger really is not an issue. The smoothness is what counts and that will come most of the time with rounds being put through it.

I agree totally.

I was just showing that a little break-in did smooth things out, which also led to a slight drop in trigger pull weight.

Nice numbers. I just picked up my 3rd P09. I usually just add a few CGW parts and do some polishing myself. I am really thinking about sending one off to CGW just to see how much of a difference it makes.

Save your money and do it yourself.
The way I polish is to polish any piece of metal that touches any other piece of metal. Check the trigger closely that it's not touching the frame.
I have found that one of the biggest contributors to drag on the trigger is the side of the trigger bar that rubs up against the frame. You definitely want to stone that down flat and polish like Chrome.

If you’ve had your other ones apart and back together successfully, you should have no problems at all installing the kit yourself. With all the instructional videos and tips available even I was able to do it :)

Yeah I guess I could give the kit a go. I have done work on three P07s and two P09s at this point.

I have found that while it is good to polish the TB where it rubs on the frame, it is not as critical as polishing the rear of the TB per instructions found on the site and the slope down at the rear.  Also, while the CGW rollers are great kit, most I've found are too large for my guns and contribute to stacking.

While the P series are great guns, the gritty stacking triggers are the low point of the breed.  If you are lucky you can find the one you want that is not - they DO exist.  Most need plenty of work.  Sure, lightening the crap out of the mainspring makes all feel much better, but I want a gun to also be able to bust hard primers.
