Information only please BRNO 21 6.5X57
« on: November 23, 2019, 07:22:55 PM »
THIS IS NOT AN AD. Im trying to find out from someone who  is more involved with czech rifles than myself what a value on this rifle would be. I understand im new here but that is because czechs really arent my thing as im a 1911 collector. Last year i purchased this rifle because the price was right and i could tell the engraving work on the rifle was very well done. Its hard to get an approximation due to the work done but a few things i question are as follows.

1. Does the engraving detract from the value?
2. I cant really pin down a value since i dont find many model 21s for sale currently. Any ideas?
3. It appears as though the factory stock was reengraved but can someone take a look at the pictures i have and let me know if it is original to the gun or a custom piece?
4. The serial is 14779. Does this fall into the early 50s?
Any help is much appreciated. Thanks again.
