I bought a light bearing P01 holster (PL Mini) from White Hat Holsters for my P01 Omega.
The P01 has a decocker on the left side of the frame. The P01 Omega, as I carry/use it, has ambidextrous safeties. The standard P01 holster I bought would move the safety to the fire position due to interference between the kydex and thumb safety on the left side of the pistol.
Once I figured out why it was ready to fire every time I pulled it out of the holster it was easy to fix. I used a heat gun and a common screwdriver to put a sort of "slot/notch" in the kydex on the right side to lock that safety in the safe position. Quick and easy, sitting on the bench in front of my garage with the unloaded P01 Omega to use while "adjusting" the kydex to get it to do what I wanted (hold the safety on the right side in the safe position.)
It didn't take much. Just a small notch/bulge in the kydex to capture the position of the safety (in safe) and hold it there.

Other holsters might not cause that problem. The problem may not be there with decockers installed.
