Flatter Trigger

Wrapped up doing springs & extended FP on my SP01 and everything went perfect.

Doing the return spring next as well as a flatter trigger. There are 3 options on the CGW site:

I’m just looking for something that drops in & results in less bite at the end of a range session. Any opinions on which is best for me?

While there are no guarantees, any one of the triggers that you listed can relive trigger bite.

Aside from the profile of these trigger being a little different than the next the more significant difference is in the over/pre travel set screws.

The CGW “Old Style” Trigger comes with over and pre travel set screws. Let it be know that the pre-travle set scerw is generally only useful if you have the CGW Reach Reduction Kit installed.

The Combat Trigger comes with an over-travle set scerw alone. The over-travle set scerw is used to eliminate unnecessary trigger travel after the Single Action break.

The 5 Thick Trigger comes with no set screws. As far as i am aware it is the CZ factory trigger for the CZ97 B.

Any of them will work fine in a CZ 75 variant pistol. Unless you need the set screws i would go for one of the 5 Thick Trigger. It is a popular profile. One of my favorites.

The 'old style 85C' trigger is my Go-to for all my DA/SA CZ's, and I even use it in SAO on a long-slide unit.  I use the one from CZ Custom with over travel set screw.....

I like its trigger reach in SA in particular because it isn't so far back against the 'rear wall', and reducing the over travel really helps in strings of fire.  I also use the Cajun adjustable sear.

Doing this now. Got the trigger pin out. Can you not get the trigger bar out without removing the de cocker assembly?!

All the videos online are safety models. Trigger can wiggle around, but the trigger arm looks like it’s wrapped around something.

Was able to get the trigger pin to line up with the slide stop hole and it simply fell out, so I got the job done regardless.

Very happy with the results! It is everything I was looking for this far!

On the safety models, the trigger bar won’t come out if the slide stop retention spring is in. That spring blocks the right side of the trigger bar I’ve never tried to remove it without the sear cage out however..
