Very happy after shooting about 300 rounds or 38 Special and 357 Magnum ammo. So far I think my carry ammo will be Buffalo Bore's 110gr all copper +P 38 Special ammo. It's accurate and performed well on trapped feral hogs . Second best is the same Federal HST Micro +P 130gr 38 Special I carry in my LCR. It shoots 125gr 357 Ammo well, but that rapidly gets uncomfortable to shoot. I tried a few rounds of the 180gr hunting ammo I use in my 5 inch 686, that stuff started to get painful quickly. At 28 ounces it's a bit light to be shooting heavy 357 loads for very long.
Changed the grips to a more compact wood set from Altamont, the rubber grips stick to my shirt and make it very obvious I'm carrying.
