New Shadow 2 kadet kit - No Mags???

did something change and mags not being offered anymore?  Kit came "sealed" with the CZ stickers and did not look to be tampered with.  SKU 01613 and everyplace that carries the kadet in all forms shows 2 mags with each kit.  Its been crickets from both CZ-US and vendor.

I think it did change.  When I bought mine it came in a full size hard case with two mags.  When I returned it for repair they sent me a new kit in a small case with no cut foam but did include two more mags.

But the mags barely fit in the tiny case with the slide so hopefully they didnt just stop including them.  They are expensive!  I got lucky have 7 now lol.

I would wait until after the 6th of January and contact CZUSA.  My S2 Kadet kit came with two magazines and well as the other 5 Kadet kits. 

I'm sure that the missing magazines were an oversight and they will make things right.

Quick note.  CZ did confirm that the kits do all still come with 2x mags.  they are having stocking problems though.  My replacements should arrive on Friday.  CZ USA was really responsive on this BTW.  I purchased the kit from BudsGunShop.com.  They on the other hand have have been both obtuse (misunderstanding obvious statements like: "mags did NOT arrive" and responding with stuff like "Now you have your mags so we are closing your ticket" ) and now completely ignoring me.  I would caution prospective customers on this.

BTW my kit required a fair bit of slide filing/smoothing and some ramp/throat work to insure it went into battery correctly.  Lots of FTF light strikes to start with.

That said this thing is a hoot to shoot and looking forward to some steel matches.  THanks CZ.

"Stocking problems"? Does that mean they knowingly shipped w/o mags? Surely not. . .

My shadow Kadet kit arrived last week in a factory sealed box-no mags??.   I called CZ USA and they apologized and sent 2 mags out to me that day, mags arrived two days after I called.  Very pleased with customer service👍.  My kit came in the small box, and there were NO cutouts for mags in the box.  It at least appears that the factory is shipping without mags even though the ads state that two mags are included...
