I was gifted this from a friend. It had a broken hammer spring, so I have a replacement ready to install.

Congratulations!

My oldest CZ is a 24 and shoots rather well for its age!

To make it feel more at home with my other more contemporary CZ's, I put it into an MTM-Case Guard case with the "old" CZ logo decal on it and gold duct tape on the latches.

Any tips on installing the hammer spring? I'm struggling to get it to lay flat so I can get the screw started..

New hammer spring, and recoil spring installed. I had to buy an aftermarket magazine too. I just got done running a box of 95 grain Blazer Brass and it was flawless. Boy oh boy do these sights ever suck..
Pretty happy with how nice it shot, especially for a 91 year-old pistol.
