CZ P10C 91532 vs 91521

I’m looking at picking up a P10C FDE and I see both SKUs available.  I know that the 91521 is now discontinued, but what are the differences.  As I understand, some models have an Ambi mag catch and some have a reversible catch.  Is one better than the other?  Will mags from one model work in the other?

I’m just trying to filter out any issues before a purchase.

I’ve got the discontinued FDE model with the full time ambi mag catch. I like it and have never thought it was overly stiff to use. The best thing about the older model is it is cheaper and if for some reason you think the full time ambi mag release is to stiff HB Industries makes an aftermarket non ambi mag release button like the newer pistol has.  So with the older style you can have full time ambi mag release or single side in one gun.  David.

Any striker issues in the older model?  From what I’ve gathered, as long as it has the 3:00 notch on the back, it has all the updates. 

I have a bunch of 75s but this is my first striker CZ.

That’s my understanding too. I’ve got the FDE and a black one. I’ve had 4 different P10C pistols since they first came out.  I started with the original model before the FDE was available. I had the frame of the first one cerakoted and the finish was the wrong color so I traded for another black one. When the FDE version came out I got rid of the black because I wanted two tone all along. I got a crazy deal on another black pistol with the HBI trigger and mag release so I still have the two. None of them have had but a few thousand rounds through each but I haven’t had any issues with any of them. David

No.CZ dropped the ball on this one. The mags for the ambi mag release model don't interchange with the non-ambi mag release model.

Dropped the ball big time. I now have 10 mags that are not compatible with my new pistola.

The newest mags have 5 cuts.
2 on the right
2 on the left
1 in the middle.

From what I’ve read, the newest gen mags will work for All P10Cs and the P07?

Possibly they made a production change and added the cuts so the mags ALL interchange now. It was not that way as of very recently as I have some gen 1 P10 mags and gen 2 mags that I bought for my P-07 The early gen 2 mags do not have the cut to fit the gen 1 guns. There's also another screw up by CZ as the base plates for the P10 do not mate up properly with the P-07.
So if they have added the cuts to the newest P10 mags that is good but now with 3 variations of these mags floating around buyers will have to make certain they are getting the latest variation to be sure the mags works in their gun.
