SP-01 question
« on: January 26, 2020, 10:09:56 PM »
I came by a SP-01 for a great price it is a manual safety and I was wondering if I am able to convert this to a decocker version? I am only considering this because all of my CZs are decocker models and I like following suite.

Don’t believe so. These are not like the Omega series that can be swapped out.
Like a midget at a urinal, I'll have to keep on my toes

I can confirm Tanners Owner's post above. The classic CZ75 variant trigger system is not convertible.
Will work for CZ pics! (including but not limited to all CZ clones)

I understand it’s not like the omega but could one send it to say Cajun and have them completely switch the internals ? Or is the frame different ? I would have a defensive carry package install anyway so that would cover some of the parts.

The holes in the safety and decocker models frames are different. This is the first of a number of reasons why a conversion is not really doable. I do not believe that the custom shops would be interested in taking on the job but you can ask them.

Okay thank you. That’s was I was wondering. If they would do it prolly not worth the cash.
