Anyone have video of the new CZ Custom DA straight trigger?

Will I be the Guinea pig for it?

I got it installed. Dropped in with no fitting required. Put it on my SP-01 with the Pro Package. I believe you need the short reset disconnector to work.

I've had about a week with it now. Daily drive fire. Gonna hit the range on Thursdays. My initial impression is good. The trigger feels nice. It didn't impact reset or pull weight. In DA the trigger face is a little bit further away than the RRK trigger face. This is because the face of the trigger is flat. However, it doesn't affect me at all but those with smaller hands may find it's too far to comfortably reach.

What I find so far is that I get more consistent clean pulls with the flat trigger. I think this is because my finger gets better purchase no matter if its high or low on the trigger. The one thing I may do is add some checkering to it. Need more trigger time but it seems like it could use it.

I find it’s easier to get a smooth straight pull in da w the flat trigger.

Will this work in a DA/SA pistol without the short reset disconnector?

Specifically a CZ75 compact with the da/sa competition hammer.

Thanks

No sir, a Short Reach/RRK disco is required for this part to function.

As long as you have a Double Action Short Reach disco installed, yes. Some fitting may be required in some cases.

So, do I understand to get this trigger to work in a SP-01 Tactical all one needs is the trigger (10424) (duh) and the short disco (10286)?

Thanks ahead of time,

Larry
