You get a slightly better trigger and a accu barrel bushing.  The hand fitting is nice and adds to the overall solid feel and accuracy.  Is it worth the extra bucks?  That's subjective and will depend on your skill level I guess.  Is a Lamborghini worth $100,000 more than a Corvette?

I have a blue Shadow 2 and my wife the more expensive orange Shadow 2. Neither of us is competitive shooters but we live in the country and regularly shoot coons with distemper and water moccasins. I actually carry my shadow 2 on the weekends and she sometimes carries hers (but prefers her Sig 238).

Reality is, for us, they are very close in performance.

There is also a SP-01 Shadow Orange (sku 91764) which is the one I have and I love it!!!  I basically went with this model as the overall weight was very close to the weight of my 1911s.
