Which recoil spring?

I installed the CGW Pro-Package on my PCR.  Forgot to order a recoil spring.  What LB recoil spring are you running on your PCR or P-01 with the CGW package?

I use factory #16 Recoil spring for P-01. In my case I do not see any reason to change it.
