If you dry fire this gun without a snap cap or an O ring your firing pin is unsupported when the hammer strikes it. If the firing pin channel is dirty, grimy or has excessive build up of lubricant it will stick out just the way you are describing.
Hopefully, it is the right diagnosis, if the firing pin is broken for some reason, then the situation is worse.
I would remove the slide and strip it of all parts (you can get instructions on you tube channel) then thoroughly inspect and clean the firing pin channel. Hopefully, it will be the end. If the pin is broken, consultation with CZ may become necessary as to a possibility of replacing it under warranty.
In the future always use snap caps or place a rubber o'ring between the slide and the hammer before pulling the trigger.
