For such case M&P® 9mm SHIELD™ EZ would be perfect for you. So easy to rack using just hand's palm.
Jurek, thank you again.  I may be alone in this belief, but if I can't neutralize a threat with 7 rounds, I'm not sure having a bunch of magazines hanging on my belt is going to help much.  If I were really smart, I'd count rounds and do a mag swap while the last round is still chambered.  But alas, I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but I still manage to have fun.

I've suggested M&P because you've mentioned P-07 as range handgun only.
