That story had a happy ending -- great news.
Dents and scratches and dings are really personal. If I put them on there, I can live with it. I even have a few guns that show some a lot wear -- but that just shows I've shot them a lot. And I've got a S&W Mdl 10-10 that was a Victoria, Australia police trade-in gun that has a great deal of holster wear -- otherwise it is perfect -- and it just adds to the 'mystique' of that gun. What a beauty from another era.
For the prices we pay, you want to start out with a pristine gun.
Am I the only one who wishes CZ made guns with a deep blue finish? It would cost $100 more, so its not for everyone, but it would be great.
