That's what I heard, from a CZ employee, as well. Something about it not meeting US import regs for handguns. If they built it here itd be ok. But not imported.

Been watching some of the vids, looks pretty cool. I recently got a P10s OR, just really want to try an optic. I also watched avid recently comparing the P10s to a P365. I gotta tell ya, side by side the P10s seems HUGE next to the 365. I really hope they come up with something cool!
