Agree on the comments about CZ having great customer service. I bought a factory new CZ 97BD and when it showed up at my FFL it had a 1mm x 3mm ding on the bottom of the dust cover. I accepted it anyway and contacted CZ. They sent me a shipping label and within a reasonable time let me know they were going to send me a new pistol once they had another shipment come in. Very pleased with my interactions with them.
