Agreed the first gen PSA mags were sticking and required sanding.  Later gens drop free at least in my EVO. I would buy cheap stack deep PSA mags and forget the other brands including drums.

The smoked mags I recently received definitely needed sanding to drop free.

I ordered a PSA: Banana, smoke and clear mag. All of these three do not drop free. These are the first PSA mags I have gotten that do not drop free. I am not concerned as they are still the best mag for the money.

Oh and the banana mag is awesome :)

Go to PSA's website and from there select PSA products and click on the AK-V, select accessories and from there any of the AK-V mags will work.

i've  lost count of how many PSA 35 rounders i've got and i don't give a crap about the drop free stuff....i've never had a misfeed on any of them...recently i added a couple of the 15 round extensions and they run flawlessly also....

Also if youve got one of those extended mag catches you'll be glad they don't free when you bump it when trying to get the scorpion in action when you're trying to retreive  it from the passenger seat and the mag falls out in the floor....

i did get a couple of the clear ones recently and had to sand the bump on the front edge of the mag so they would go in and out without a lot of force....D I C K

PAS AK-V mags work in mine.  No need to get the Scorpion-specific.  The banana "clip" is a work of art  ;D

How's the fit? My banana mag is pretty tight in my S2 micro. I didn't want to start sanding on it and remove that beautiful finish. I haven't had a chance to shoot it yet as I got rained out the other day, but I'm sure it will function fine.
