What is this in my P-07 case?

I just got a new P-07 and was going through the case and came across this item in the box. At the risk of asking a stupid question...what is it?

the green things should be the replacement substitute-primers for the snap caps

An older/used CZ75 Compact I bought for my wife a few years ago had some similar snap caps in it.  Only time I've ever seen snap caps like them, till now.  Not the same color, but the same idea.

I just keep wasting time and money on other brands trying to find/make one shoot like my P07 and P09.  What is wrong with me?

Those have been out of general issue along with the magazine loader with new CZ pistols in quite a while. Interesting to see that show up with a new P-07.

I bought 2 PCRs both marked 2019 and neither of them came with any of those extras.

Didn't get any of those cool replaceable-primer snap caps with my new P-07's in 2017 or 2018.

I had them in an old P01 and they lasted a few snaps - pretty useless.  These inserts may be different.
