Congrats on the new purchase.

Those sights are the factory 3 dot glow in the dark sights, they are not night sights.

All my CZ's currently wear G-10 grips.  You can get those in either flat or with a palm swell similar to the factory rubber grips.

Congrats on the new purchase.

If I can see them at night I call them night sights regardless whether or not they are the Tritium variety or some other brand.
The sights are done with luminescent paint the same style paint used for wristwatches and other such things. They will glow brighter when charged under UV light but will fade as the night wears on. There are some very good true tritium options available now from CGW and CZ Custom.
As for specs CZ-USA just hasn't updated their website lately. The PCR originally came with 14 rnds mags.Mine did 11 years ago and it also had the polished trigger which they no longer seem to be using.
I went with a plain black rear and fiber optic front sight on mine with a set of G10 grips from VZ grips along with some action enhancements from CGW.

He’s answering your statement about reading specs and it not saying they have night sights... they don’t.
