Blending Trigger Guard
« on: June 05, 2020, 05:01:47 PM »
I may need to blend the edges of my P-01 steel trigger guard. Has anyone done this and if so what did you do to refinish the black polycoat. Any info on the blending and polycoat finish will be appreciated.

The only way to PROPERLY touch up polycoat is to send it out and have it refinished. I know CZ Custom does this. There is no other way that will both look right and be durable.

That is what I was afraid of. I have no problem doing the blending but the finish would need to be done right to complete the job. For now I will live with it. It is really a sweet shooter and I just have to keep it  8). Thanks for the reply
