Hi guys,
JUst to let everyone know, CZ and Cole contacted me today 6/26. Cole realized something wasn't making sense with how it all went down, and he looked into it. Its now been solved, thanks to Cole's efforts, my faith in CZ has been restored. Here is what happened, and how with my emails and posting on the website, got the issue fixed.  I've posted the final email on the start of page two.

If you want to read what happened, here it is.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So an item that has been on back order forever for my Scorpion Evo 3 carbine finally came in on June 11th.

My Scorpion.

I got the email on my phone and go right to the website and order it. It says IN STOCK, and I place the order.

30 minutes later I got the order conformation.

So it says orders may take 1-3 days to be filled, and then they send you the FED EX tracking number. A week goes by, and I heard nothing, so I contact Cole Fox customer service manager and ask where my order is.

He replys :

I was not happy, but things happen. I wondered how I placed my order within minutes of being notified, and it was in stock when I ordered it. It should be filled first come first serve, but I was ok with it. At the end of his email he says they would keep my order on backorder and it would be filled when the part comes back in. I wrote back to please do that. Since I was one of the first to purchase, and should have been shipped the part to begin with.

One would think the story would be over at that point, but it just gets better. Today I get an email stating that the backorder is cancelled, because they went to a new system, and the credit card information has been removed. WTF!!!!

So not only do they not send the part I ordered that was IN STOCK when I placed the order, they tell me they will keep the back order, and ship it right out as soon as it comes back in stock, then they tell me NEVER MIND, we cancelled your backorder, so you can order again, and we can start this process all over again. What company does stuff like that and keeps its customers.

I'm done ranting.

Update:
Cole emailed me to apologize and asked me if I was going to post what happened to please include this response as well. Since I’m a honest person, and want you to have the complete story, which even after this response, I still think is pathetic as to how poor of a job CZ did with not shipping my order and then not keeping my order on back order, blaming it on the new system, and now telling me to call customer service and they will put me back on back order,  here is his response.

I told him the correct way to handle what happened with the new system is contact me explaining if I still want to keep my place on back order, they need my payment information again due to the new system. I would of gladly called them and given it to them. Just sending me an email that basically told me to go pound sand was the wrong way to deal with this.

Considering the environment, it sounds prudent to me.

Honestly when it comes to the Scorpion my experience with CZ is garbage. Customer service isn't great at all and honestly I think the Scorpion itself kind of sucks and regret buying it. I'd just look at another brand and show them your displeasure with where your money goes.

My wife needed something for home protection and the CZ scorpion really seemed to fit that spot. The Sig MPX in 9mm would have cost twice as much so I went with the cheaper option. I should have stayed with Sig. they are 20 minutes from my house and they alway help the customer unlike what I’ve seen with CZ.

I own 2 Sig MCXs, one pistol one rifle, both in 300 blackout. My wife needed something for home protection and the scorpion really fit that spot. My Two Sig MCXs, I should of bought the Sig MPX too. Live and learn.

I deeply regret not going with the MPX, the cost of mags is what turned me off and it was the biggest mistake.

Are we talking about CZ customer service or Sigs' MP(C)X?

We are clearly talking about CZ's and wishing we would've went with a superior product.

Nope. That's how it started. Now you are discussing the advantages of the MCX, which has nothing to do with CZ-USA CS or their 'failure'.

CZ customer service totally screwed this whole process up. From not shipping my order when it was available when I placed the order, to Mis-handling my back order.

The only thing that seems to get companies to address poor behavior is calling them out by letting their customer base know about it, and force them to fix it. That’s what I did by posting this. Maybe next time this won’t happen to you or another customer.

Kind of funny I've noticed the only time something thing is said is when it's a post that is negative about CZ and it might make some fanboys butthurt. Otherwise no one ever seems to say anything. Also why couldn't one discuss advantages when talking about a product?

I'm not sure if you're being intentionally dense, but no one's getting butthurt here. The thread started as a complaint about CZs' CS, or perceived lack of CS and has morphed into a discussion of another manufacturer's products. There is no reason why that cannot be discussed - in it's own thread.

If you want to talk about CZ and their CS model, go ahead; if you want to talk about Sig and their products, do so in another thread. Clear enough?

To stay on topic..

that’s a great looking Scorpion (I have a similar one!) Sounds like you want to take off the Faux suppressor and add on a comp. I shoot a couple of other 9mm PCC, one with and one without a comp, and honestly your won’t notice much of a difference on muzzle rise. I have not used CZ’s so maybe its different. I use the VG6 comps on 5.56 caliber ARs and they are very good for muzzle control. Might want to consider them as a replacement. You WILL notice more noise in an enclosed area. If you want this for HD and plan on shooting in an enclosed room or hallway consider a linear comp like the Kaw Valley. I used an AR based 9mm with one at an indoor range and noticed the reduction in sound even with ear plugs and headset on compared to my 16” barrel Uzi rifle. If it was threaded I’d get one tomorrow.

I can see why you are a little frustrated at CZ’s online ordering system. Try buying thru Bass Pro/Cabela’s. It takes you all the way through the order then tells you its out of stock once you submit. Or next day you get a back order notice, or 2 weeks get a Cancellation notice, or, my favorite, told its not in stock or available at the store while you are at the counter looking at it. At least CZ customer service will respond back and tell you sorry our system is Wack and we’re trying to fix it and you just got caught in the transition.
