Shadow Tac 2 recoil spring guide rod

I love my Shadow Tac 2, but I can't stand the flgr.  It's wobbly, doesn't center in the hole, and I'm not sure it fixes any problems.

I'm guessing I can just use a short guide rod, but that would leave a big hole at the front of the slide.  Can that be plugged?

Is there a more "normal" flgr available?

The S2, CZC, and CGW metal guiderods can all appear eccentric in the hole at the end of the slide.  There is some wiggle there, all cosmetic.

The ones CZ UB puts in the Shadow 1 Orange is close to the size of the hole though so usually looks prettier.

use the Shadow polymer rod if the SS rod is not doing it for you.
