That "odd muzzle brake thingy" is your friend, flash cans help push muzzle blast and noise away from the shooter. Try a more conventional muzzle break, but I strongly suggest shooting with the flash can first. The SBA3 is a good brace, you'll probably be happy with it. I'm not sure about the magnifier on a short barreled pistol. The sight is a fairly good starter model, you may want to upgrade over time. The light looks like a Target Sports Tactical, branded light I keep in my tool bag. They're decent flash lights and stand up to some abuse, only OK as a weapon mounted light. The light sometimes to goes into strobe mode under recoil. The light is better made than the mount that comes with it. I'd go with something like CMC 3 pound trigger instead of the binary, but that's me. Clearing the hand guard of the light and laser will probably allow you to get a more solid grip and make more accurate shots.
Be prepared to see a major shifts in point of impact depending on bullet weight and velocity.
