Latest I saw, it looks like she's going to spin up to a cat3 and hit right on the Texas, Louisiana border. I'm to the West of the storm track and probably going to see thunderstorms, but no major wind event. 

Marco was weird, dropped to a depression and turned left when it hit the coast.

Yeah, this has been a lot of constantly changing info with marco and Laura. marco was supposed to be the threat for us in the Houston area at first. Things sure did change. Laura can still change her mind at anytime. My company has a jobsite in Sabine Pass and they closed the site down today, Wed and Thurs. Be safe everyone.

Have family on the north side of Houston area, looks like the Louisiana side may get the brunt of it. They seem pretty concerned about the surge on this one. Lots of sea-level ground on the right side of expected landfall.

Be careful and stay safe. Looks like where I live (Tomball) is going to just get a little bit of rain and 20mph or lower wind gusts.

Well we made it. That was my first time to ride out a hurricane and it wasn’t as bad as I expected. Hope everyone’s ok.

Fine in Htown.  Family outside Lake Charles and Shreveport are safe.  Couple old growth trees I used to climb on in the 70s uprooted near Lake Charles.

It is raining pretty good up here right now in Central Arkansas with a few wind gust. Hope everyone in low area's are ok.
