Hi Is anyone having trouble using the Contact Email Form from CZ? I have tried and it just goes into spin dry and never sends?

Also is the Web Store being phased out as it has for days now said under maintenance?

  It's a major software update that is taking longer then expected. Hopefully back up soon, probably a couple days.

I was able to reach an employee via email but he couldn’t give me much info.

Well, back to (un)patiently waiting and posting to random threads here to get that post count up. Lol

Keep getting the following message when I try to go to the CZ USA store site:
"Access Denied
cz-usa.com is using a security service for protection against online attacks. An action has triggered the service and blocked your request.
Please try again in a few minutes. If the issue persist, please contact the site owner for further assistance."
Looking for grip options for a new CZ RAMI I have coming this week.

Spoke to an inside sales rep there last week.  Said a major software update is taking longer than expected.  They hoped to have the website back up this week.  We'll see...what a bad time to have a business unit down during the greatest gun and supply buying spree ever!

Thanks for that input. I have looked at theirs, like them. Just checking out all the options,
Paying a little more attention to grips these days, my hands seem to be getting smaller as I get older. Just took a set of Nils grips off my Shadow Target  and went back to the flat stock grips for better trigger reach, as much as I love the beautiful wood Nils grips. Going to sell the Nils grips.

I called and tried to place a parts order over the phone and the sales rep said they can't do that.  I would have to wait until the software update was done and the web store was back up.

 My bet is they had something bad happen to their credit card processing abilities.  A PCI violation of some kind would stop their ability to take phone orders and even run a web store because they can't process credit card payments any more.

If it was a problem with the credit card processor, like Wirecard, you could just change to a new processor.  In about three days you could be on boarded, change the IP pathing in your shopping cart software, and you're back in business.

If it was your web page software that was having problems being upgraded you could spin up a comparatively simple Big Commerce/Shopify website.  Within a week your back up and taking orders and payments.

Maybe they are going through a big SAP software conversion that isn't working like promissed and has shut down their entire ability to do business.

Maybe they are moving all their computers from Kansas City to Little Rock and the moving truck broke down.

I don't know...I just want to buy some things from them and don't want to see them go out of business.

It's a pretty big mystery as to what the heck is going on with CZ-USA's web store.  They had converted it to some new software earlier in the year, and it seemed to be working alright.  How an "upgrade" takes them offline for several weeks like this, I have no idea.  There should have been a fallback plan.  Also, this is happening during the biggest spike in firearm demand since who-knows-when?  I can't help but think whoever was supposed to be managing this project had better be dusting off their resume.

I'm just glad that 1. I don't need to order anything from them at the moment and 2. I don't work in their IT department.

I’m ALOMST at the point of just buying what I want from a LGS instead of waiting...but they have an amazing first responder program. Sigh...
