Looks good! Personally, I would not polish the hammer, but if you do, do not remove material from the sear.
My first CZ was the PO1. I have 3 more CZs now (Shadow 2,P-07, P-10) and have installed the CGW trigger job in all of them except for the P-10. To me, that was the best thing I could do to the CZs to make them perform even better.
