Purchased a CZ 720 ALS G2 24" a couple years back for the boy to do 4H skeet/trap, and the gun ran great for months and months. Now we can't even fire it once without the mag cap popping off.
The thing about the ALS G2 that's a tad different from the other 720s (I think) is the ATI adjustable stock and forend, and I'm not 100% sure but there's a washer present on this gun that isn't on the regular 720s. I'm not sure it's the washer position that's the problem, and the mag cap does "bite" the threads, it just doesn't feel like it goes on far enough?
Wanted to float this on the forum before I sent a message to CZ-USA in case it was something obvious I missed.
