SEAKPhotog:

That is one bad lookin P01. Hands down one of the best lookin setups I’ve seen in a while. That OD Green is on point.

Thanks!  I kinda wanted to keep it looking sorta stock/military/utilitarian so kept the original trigger (also cause I like the curve - go figure), found the black CoolHand grips for it (I like the original rubber grips but they're too grippy on clothes - this is for carry) and kept the stock matte black ring hammer.  I did however polish all the internals and install MCarbo and CGW springs.  Trigger is great.  DA a little long but just fine. SA very nice. DA trigger pull: 4lbs 11 oz  SA trigger pull: 2lbs 4 oz.

This looks really good!

Thanks! The 407/507 does go really well on the P01 or any CZ75 frame I'd imagine. Wish I hadn't already milled my PCR for a venom!

Very nice!  I just ordered a 507K with plans to do the same.  I just need to find a smith up here in the great white north who will mill my slide for me.  No takers so far but a couple have expressed interest in looking into it in the new year.

Too much of a hassle to send it to the US?

Ya, even with the proper paperwork CBSA has been known for their funny business coming back.  I found a smith out West that's setup for the 507K.  Did you have any issues with running out of elevation?  I read another thread where a guy mounted a Shield Arms RMSc and had to shim the rear of the dot.  Apparently with those dots you have to mill the slide with a 1 degree cant forward.

That fella also mentioned he was not happy with how his was milled, he believes it was a mistake on the part of the machinist.
My RMSc was milled parallel with the slide, by Primary Machine, and I have plenty of adjustment in all directions. My 1* shim remains in my original packaging.

Good to know it was likely an isolated issue.

Finally, done by Primary Machine. Exactly 3 weeks they shipped my slide back.

Wow, interesting how much further forward PM is willing to mill the slide than CZC. I loved the job PM did on my P10c. No complaints at all. And they were fast.  I wonder how much your dot with foul up with residue being so close to the election port. Let us know how it works out. Thanks for posting. Great to have another option.

Did they mill off the 507K's built-in rear sight?

Here's some photos after 100 plus rounds. Look's better than I expected. For folks that have PCR this set up is not recommended, as seen from another post.

Why is that setup not recommended for the PCR?

If you milled optic in front of rear sight on PCR, LCI  will be removed.

Ok.  I didn't know if it was something like that or just mounting the k series in a PCR in general
