depends what price do you have now?
$2,499 - yes it is worth the price. Will I buy it for this price? Nope. There are few other pistols that shoots like Staccato, or even better, for less $.
It shoots like a charm...but to be honest I prefer BUL SAS II.

I wish there was more reviews for the BUL SAS II. The gun itself looks fantastic. In the few reviews I’ve watched on YouTube I’ve noticed the BUL a little ammo picky.

Is it worth it to you and does the price provide everything you are looking for. To me, at that price it should be good to go out of the box. For me if I was looking for a pistol of that style I would jump all over it.

STIs...ooopss.. not anymore... ;) Staccatos are nice shooters and ready out of the box.  It is pleasure to keep them in the hand and put rounds just on the center of the target. Smooth action, VERY manageable recoil (9mm, haven't shot other). Grip structure is perfect and pistols are perfectly balanced.
I still remember Staccato C for $1499 and Staccato P for &1,999... and I regret that moment I did not buy one of them.

Right now I'm focused on Dan Wesson DWXC, thinking about SAS II.... and hoping Covid19 won't ruin my plans...  Staccatos are above my price level now  :(

I had my mind set on DWXC since last year but covid screwed it up. Ideally I would pick it over the staccato even though it has yet to be tried and tested.

It depends on how much $ you have.
The Stuccato c2 is a very nice, basically 4" barrel double stacker, with a 4# trigger, Bull Barrel and if I am correct it is
optic ready which is nice now a days when everyone is getting nuts about optics.

It is worth $2499 if you compare it feature by feature to other guns. The BUL SAS II carry guns are nice guns from what I have read are kind of unicorns around here.
Shorter barrel - less do dads - good looking- not optic ready, but a lot less $$$. BUL makes fine weapons - I have shot the limited gun The AIR which is freakin awesome but not the same tool but close to the same $$$.
I have also shot their open gun the heavy Metal which is probably going to be my retirement present to myself in a couple years.

STI makes great guns and stands behind what they make. I have never heard anyone i know say I just dont like my STI.

I have been looking hard at the Staccato P Duo which is optics ready. Being a Veteran I can get 15% discount which is nice. 2 Weeks ago I was 110% ready to jump but I was going to have to sell a couple nice pistols to complete the deal. No big problem selling a couple to get one but the longer it takes the more I am really wondering if its worth it or will it really be that awesome ! Still have strong considerations for it but still working on the whole deal. I have heard nothing but "stellar" reviews about the gun so I'm sure I would enjoy it,,but I need a push I guess one way or the other ! I'll let ya know how it all goes !

In the same boat.
What are you needing to sell? For me I’m selling a Glock19, shadow 2 upper, a Chris reeves knife and an old bicycle. Lol.

I found this old thread... read it again... and started laughing.   :) ;) :D ;D :P O0

11 months ago I was dreaming about C2 DUO... and now I'm carrying it  :P
I sold most of my polymers to afford Staccato, and that was great decision.

It shoots so smooth... and I haven't realized that it has no recoil until I've watched video of myself shooting it today. It rises the muzzle so little that it's even hard to notice.

Anyway, I love this handgun  sooooooooooooo much !  ;D

Disclaimer:
This is CZ Forum... so I must admit, P01 shoots great as well, and the only reason I switched to Staccato was small slide surface that didn't allow me comfortably use "over the top" technique to releasing it.

 ;)

Did you ever own a Shadow 2? Just wondering how the 2 compare. It's hard to imagine a gun that shoots or handles better than my S2O, but I have to say I'm bit intrigued by the 2011's.

And congrats on the new gun!

I never owned Shadow 2, but I shot it few times. I'm not competition shooter and from self protection perspective it didn't do anything more than my P01 Omega.

Yes, it definitely felt better, but there were 2 disadvantages comparing to 2011:
- trigger (I prefer 1911 trigger style over all other)
- slide height.

Like I mentioned, nothing against CZ, this is all about preferences.

I own the Shadow 2 SAO, P01, and the P07 all Cajunized. I just purchased the Staccato C2 DPO with the DeltaPoint Pro red dot. It should arrive at my FFL tomorrow. I also had to sell a few guns including my Shadow 2 and a Glock 48 MOS. I am not happy about selling the Shadow, but it is a fun range gun that mainly sits in the safe and I do not shoot in competitions. Hopefully the new Staccato will be worth the sacrifice.

I do not want to sell my P01 since it is my first CZ, and I love the PO7 also. Decisions, decisions...

@jurek I just purchased the Staccato C2 DPO today. The trigger and action of this pistol is amazing. Raining today, but plan to get out and shoot ASAP.
