Yes, but my mail lady is clumsy, so I passed in the interest of her well being.

3500 primers may be the one package your mail lady doesn't want to throw onto your porch.

How is that even legal? I've seen this link posted on other Facebook reloading sites. Not only is it waaaay overpriced. But that's just gross negligence packing/shipping primers that way.

There are all sorts of fire and packing codes for hazardous materials that need to be met in order to be sent by common carriers.

That's not how they are shipped. There are all sorts of fire and packing codes for hazardous materials that need to be met in order to be sent by common carriers.
They should get a much better picture then lol. That's very misleading.

I saw a thread on another site where someone received these. They are shipped exactly like that. Loose in a box. Although they do pack the box containing the primers inside a larger padded box.

I should sell some of my stock.  I could sell half, still have enough to weather the storm, and make enough money to pay for components for the next 10 years!  :o

The panic has to end right?  Please tell me that it is just a short term problem and we will see supply return next year.  I'm not paying 0.10-0.15 cents a primer!  It makes me want to start my own primer company.  It could be lucrative!

Cheers,
Toby

No one knows if it will end. This will not let up until the inauguration, and may well continue after.

I watched brick of CCI spp go for $245 on gunbroker. I have the screenshot to prove it. It's not uncommon right now - ppl are going crazy

Thanks for that info, Timmy. I've seen those primers out there for a couple of months now, but have not been desperate enough to seriously think about them. Glad I didn't take the risk on what you say are low quality primers, especially at those prices.

I have been loading Genex Nato primers for my AR, no problems so far, they all go bang.
Will add, they came packed just like CCI, 100 per box.

I bought that and the tool to make muzzle loading caps to go along with it.

WRT the Unis-Ginex primers, I bought 5000 of the SRP a couple of years ago. They've all gone bang, so far.
I had the right to remain silent...

but not the ability.
