Possible to get a TSO-like trigger in one of the polys?

I have a TSO and would love to emulate the trigger in a lighter package. Anyone have success getting close to the TSO weight and feel in a polymer?

I hope not for safety sakes! I have a TSO and factory trigger pull is around 1 pound 10 ounces BUT it has a manual safety. The striker fired guns are on purpose factory 5 plus because they do not have a safety. I cant imagine handling a striker fired gun with less than 2 pounds. For that matter I have given serious consideration to going back to factory springs on my P10c because I am not totally comfortable with it at 3.5 which is what it is with upgrades. In terms of a crisp break, they will never break like a 1911 but they are not bad and you get used to the little play they have.

P07/P09 series and SP01 phantom would be hammer fired but polymer, probably more what the OP was thinking of. I don’t believe any of the polymer pistols support the SAO conversion that would be necessary for a “TSO” like trigger but would be interested in hearing more from CSC or cajun or anyone else who might know better than I.

I actually find the handling of a Shadow (not 2, not TSO) to be very good and noticeably lighter than the Shadow 2 or TSO. 

I never heard of a P series gun with SAO, but if it COULD be done CGW could do it.  They likely would NOT, because tooling up would need a significant market demand.

They won't do an SAO conversion on the P07/09 because they are able to be converted to decocker. The P10 trigger can be made very light, but safety is an issue and feel will never be like a TSO regardless of pull weight.

Thanks for the info, all. I guess I am being too greedy! The idea of a smaller and lighter gun with that trigger and a manual safety is awesome. I was hoping DWXc would come out, as that is about as close as I have seen to the idea

I doubt the DWX will have anything much less than a 4lb trigger. The TSO and its trigger config is set up as a race gun not really intended for carry or home protection. Any hammer fired gun that is intended for carry is probably not going to go much lower than 4. You can get it to go that low with mods but keep in mind in a self defense scenario you got a lot of adrenaline pumping and a light trigger is asking for an unintentional shot. That is the very reason both the striker fired guns and the hammer guns intended for defense do not go much lower than 4. Most are 5 plus.

 I know what you are looking for and ended up buying an STI/Staccato C2 duo. That my friend is a fine breaking trigger and a super well made gun. It weighs a few ounces more than a glock 19 and about the same as the CZ p10c.Striker guns are great and if you shoot them a lot you get used to the trigger but the 1911/2011 style guns and triggers are just hard to match. I looked at the DWX but the word is because of covid we will not see it until later in 2021. Take a look at the staccato.

What about a compact, or steel frame P01 with the SAO conversion and the FPB delete? You could probably get close to smaller and lighter that way, if not as light as the polymer or aluminum framed models.
