From GunBroker.com:

GunBroker.com will be implementing the new Marketplace Facilitator Internet Sales Tax regulations on January 1, 2021.

As a marketplace, GunBroker.com will be required to collect and remit sales tax on all sales according to the state law. State tax is calculated based on the ship to address of the order.

For details, check Marketplace Facilitator Sales Tax . Check back regularly for our most recent updates on the GunBroker.com Sales Tax process.

Thank you,

The Team at GunBroker.com

Simply a matter of time.  Just wait until the forum classified ads are required to have you collect sales tax for anything sold on the site

My belief is:
The more we move away from Paper / Coin Currency, and use more Plastic or Electronic Currency, this will allow every transaction to be tracked and taxed
Those Tax Funds will then be automatically charged along with that Transaction and debited from your account
Again, this is just my $0.02
So tell me again how Trump was worse then the 8 years before .... AND what's coming after HIM !

What?  Well this means that in MI we will no longer need to send in the sales tax to the state for everything that we purchase off Gunbroker.  Doesn’t every buyer do that?

Starting in 2021 Gunbroker will be sending in the state tax on each purchase.

Yes we where all supposed to send in thd tax on everything we bought and didn't pay tax to the vendor.  Ebay and Amazon started when it passed and GB is doing it at the last minute
When did it change from "We the people" to "screw the people"?

Why use 911 when it's faster to use 1911 or 9mm?

I wonder how many pennies you can fit into one of the USPS flat rate boxes. So you can mail in the tax money.  :P
Will work for CZ pics! (including but not limited to all CZ clones)

That will be the day we shut it down, amigo. I hate the IRS and anything to do with the Infernal Revenue Service...

Worst of all is these penny pinching thieves are making sure they squeeze every cent out of anyone they can while they continue to force people to close their businesses and suffer. Man I could launch into a serious rant.

There's probably a line on your State tax return to declare the total $ amount of purchases made out of State and not taxed. Assuming that's what you wanted to do...  :-X

Line has been there for over 20 years in MN.  Guessing it's on most state forms.
