A future delayed blowback?

I was curious on if there were any rumors of CZ developing a delayed blowback scorpion?

I may be wrong, but it looks like Ruger and CZ are the only companies left without some type of delayed blowback.

So looking up delayed blowback - there are couple I guess proprietary terms or terms for how the delayed performs.  In all honesty until I just googled this I didn't know there were so many different kinds - I had heard of Roller and Gas but check out these 2 wiki links just for FYI:

But I have a CMMG Mk 45 Guard that is considered Radial delayed blowback. - The Guard was the name before they changed them all to Banshees I believe.

Kriss Vectors are considered Vector delayed blowback.

Grand Power Stribog is considered roller delayed blowback.

I kinda doubt we'll see a delayed blowback Evo, but who knows.

Personally, I'm fine with the Evo just the way it is. The recoil is no big deal and it keeps the design very simple and robust.

Once you start introducing delayed blowback systems...reliability can take a hit...failure rate can increase...

HK pretty much engineered it properly with the roller-delay system...

A properly designed blowback system is not too terrible...

UZI is punishing in the PRO variant...

Cost was the major reason for HK to go with a blowback and it is the reason others don't develop them.

UMPs cost agencies about $400, whereas MP5s are about $1,000. Cost of civilian versions is a completely different argument.
