457 vs 455 barrel CZ American Barrel Contour

Does anyone know, with certainty, if the barrel contour is the same on the 457 and 455 American models.  I know the barrel length is 20.5" on the 455 as opposed to the 24.8" on the 457 and the metal on the 457 is nitride finish but haven't seen anything on the relative contour of the respective barrels.  In short can you interchange barrels from from one to the other and have the same wood to metal fit in stock's barrel channel?  Thanks and have a super day ....all!

I put my 455 barrel on a 457 and it seems fit the barrel channel the same

Haven’t taken calipers to it to verify...

A sample of one: I put a 455 American .22LR 20.5” barrel in my 457 .22LR Training Rifle.

Barrel to action and stock fit was the same. Only the looks were different: blued versus nitrided; sights on barrel versus none; short(er) versus long. I really loved the look but the accuracy was no better.

I was hoping to get lucky with the 455 American 20.5” barrel but no joy.

Thanks very much!  Nice to know the contours are the same and the fit isn't a problem with the switch.  My new 457 American 22lr got a haircut.  I'm not a fan of the longer 24.8" barrel, so I cut it to 18" w/a 11 degree accuracy crown and absolutely love it.  I'm going to pick up a 22 WMR barrel and will probably cut that to 20" or 20.5", or....maybe just buy a another 457 in 22 WMR.  Different strokes for different folks, but can't go wrong with CZ!
