What are 40Bs going for these days?

What is the going price for a CZ-40B these days?  Have these become rare? 

Interestingly, I've seen two Colt Z-40s in person, but I've never come across any CZ-40Bs for sale in a display case.

 A search on Gunbroker turned up nothing and I couldn't even find any archived in the classifieds here.

you have to be logged in to GunBroker to search completed items (it is part of Advanced Search, but not the default tab).

looks like ~$650-750 is a current state for 40B sales, although someone claimed they were extremely rare and got over $800.

everything has gone up in price due to the Wu-Flu, and they aren't making more of these.
