P10C Rear Sight hight to match P10F Optics Ready Front Night Sight

Have a take-off Front Night Sight from a full size optics ready slide that I want to use with my Czech P10C.  Anyone here know which Dawson Rear sight to order?  I see on their site, sights that are 0.275, 0.300, 0.340 and 0.400 tall.
