CZ 75 short rail
« on: February 09, 2021, 06:57:21 PM »
A friend bought a 1978 made CZ 75, first series so-called “short rail”. It’s a very nice gun, the blueing and polishing is beautiful. It’s also a fairly rare gun I believe, first time I’ve held one. So I thought I’d share a few pics.

Overall in amazing condition and fine pictures - thanks! One point, which you may be aware already, the grips are not original to that pistol (later generation).

Sweeet! Nice photos.
(If the friend doesn’t have the original “waffle” grips, there’s a forum member in Europe who has recently posted a pair for sale).

Aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh, I'm so jealous! It's absolutely gorgeous.

That is my absolute number one dream gun. Any chance you could PM me the info on where he got it? I'm desperate to track down one for myself, and I'm looking for any leads I can get.

That's an amazing price! I'd be willing to pay as much as $3000 for one! Was it from an online site or from a local dealer?

It was from a private seller advertising it on an online classified website.
