Earl, what lube do use in the striker channel on your gun?  Thanks.
Whatever I have handy. Ive used Hoppes in the little needle applicater bottle, Lucas in a similar bottle, and Mobil 1 0-20w. I just put a tiny amount on my fingers and spread a very light thin coat.

I didn't even like striker guns before the P-10C.

Joe

There were no intentions here to own one and was offered a great deal on a Gen1. It's been downhill ever since.

Funny how that happens.  The P07 turned into a P09, then another P09, then a CZ85, etc., etc., etc.

It's crazy how fast mine piled up and I've sold a bunch over the years also.

I was a hammer guy too when this first started and now the hammer guns sit.

Striker lubing is entirely new to me but,
what the heck, I'm an old 1911 guy.
You've got me wondering about Sentry
Tuf Glide dry lube...
Any thoughts?

I wouldn't hesitate at all to use dry lube. I started using oil a while back just to see the effect on pull weight and feel. After thousands of rounds or practice and match use I don't think it's a concern.

I don't know much about that product.

A dry moly lube would be my choice if I used a dry lube. A can runs around $10 or so, I may give that a try and see if there's any benefit.

Thanks for sharing that. That explains quite a bit.
